We do not maintain an MOQ to empower small businesses and to facilitate new product discoveries.

Sourcy provides a flat shipping rate for orders below US$100 and free shipping for orders above US$100. This cost is shouldered by the customer. As for sourcing of products, our Find New Products service is completely free. Just upload a picture and we will let you know when your product is ready to order.
Sourcy covers all the costs, except for product and shipping costs by default. If you have been charged any tariffs or import taxes due to your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you from there.
We are ready to offer you the best-in-class sourcing and wholesale experience. However, if you really wish to cancel the order, you may do so anytime before it is dispatched. Once you have raised a cancellation of your order, our systems will take maximum of 1-2 business days to complete the request. You will receive a notification by email and your entire order amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
You can make use of a wide array of payment options at checkout, including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and COD (currently only available for selected countries).
For customers living in Kenya, India, Indonesia or the Philippines, your local currency will be used for shopping and paying. As for the other countries, only USD is enabled for now (we’re working on it!).
Shipping + Refunds + Returns
To provide the most reliable and responsive shipping services to our customers, we partner with top-notch international shipping & delivery companies such as FedEx and DHL to execute our highly responsive, on-time fulfilment.
We strive to deliver the orders within 14-21 working days.
However, due to COVID-19, delivery timings might be affected. We will update our customers if there is any delays in their parcels.
After you place an order, your products will arrive within 14-21 days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us with tracking details. If you require more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time.
We work hard to uphold the high product quality. However, if the products you receive are different from the photos on our website or has any quality issues, you can return them to our local representative and get 100% of your cash back.

You might deliver the products to our local representative in your city. Once we receive the returned products, we will give you 100% of your cash back.
