Is there a limit of how much we can order? Is there a minimum quantity we have to order? Is there any lower or upper bound on order quantity?

We do not maintain an MOQ to empower small businesses and to facilitate new product discoveries.

Do I have to pay any sourcing fees?

No, you don't have to pay any sourcing fees. Just upload a picture and we will let you know when your product is ready for order.

Do I have to pay any shipping fees?

Yes, but only a flat shipping fee! Our mission is to empower small businesses to source in an economical and efficient manner, and that's why we won't charge you any sourcing or service fees - just pay for your products and shipping fees.

We work with our trusted logistics partners to deliver to your doorstep.

Do I have to pay any import taxes?

Sourcy covers all the costs, except for product and shipping costs by default. If you have been charged any tariffs or import taxes due to your order, please contact us at info@sourcyglobal.com and we will assist you from there.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order online anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
