Yes. Sourcy is a wholesale platform that aspires to make sourcing convenient, affordable, and accessible for small businesses.

We source a large diversity of categories such as fashion, accessories, home decor, baby clothes, and pet supplies. Currently, we do not support sourcing of big and bulky items such as refrigerators, televisions, big furniture (e.g., beds, big tables, couches, etc.) and perishables such as food and beverage. We plan to expand to the other categories in the coming few months.

We strive to deliver the orders within 14-21 working days for air freight & 30-45 days for sea freight. Sea freight shipping only applies for selected large items, and the rest of the items will be delivered via air freight.

However, due to COVID-19, air and sea travel may be delayed, which might affect our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions. You can find the most up-to-date delivery estimates at your order notifications or by tracking your parcel in your Sourcy account.

For customers in Kenya, India, Indonesia or the Philippines, local currency will be used for shopping and paying. As for the other countries, only USD is enabled for now (we’re working on it!).

We are a global company headquartered in Singapore, with multiple subsidiaries around the world. We have a representative in every country we operate in, including Indonesia, Kenya, Philippines, and India.

We have been in operations for a year now, with customers from across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Our suppliers are mainly from China.

We help our customers source unbranded products based on our customer requirements.

If products in your order are (1) damaged, (2) defective, (3) wrong, (4) not as described/expected; please notify us within 7 days upon delivery of the order. Submitted returns are subject to checking. 

Note: Any item not submitted for returns within 7 days of delivery will be no longer be eligible for the returns & refunds policy.

Sourcy covers all the costs, except for product and shipping costs by default. If you have been charged any tariffs or import taxes due to your order, please contact us at info@sourcyglobal.com and we will assist you from there.

Sourcy provides a flat shipping rate of US$10 for orders below US$100 and free shipping for orders above US$100. This cost is shouldered by the customer. As for sourcing of products, our Find New Products service is completely free. Just upload a picture and we will let you know when your product is ready to order.

To provide the most reliable and responsive shipping services to our customers, we partner with top-notch international shipping & delivery companies such as FedEx and DHL to execute our highly responsive, on-time fulfilment.

You can conveniently place your return request if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. To return a product, you can email us at returns@sourcyglobal.com with the following details

 - Order ID

 - Reason for returning the item

 - Images clearly showing a damage/missing product in the order

After receiving your request, Sourcy's Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with Sourcy and cannot be contested.

 

In case of returns, once your return request is accepted by Sourcy, the entire refund amount will be reversed to you through your payment method or a bank transfer.

You can make use of a wide array of payment options at checkout, including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Cash On Delivery (currently only available for selected countries), and Bank Transfer to HSBC.

After you place an order, your products will arrive within 10-14 days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us with tracking details. If you require more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@sourcyglobal.com at any time.

We are ready to offer you the best-in-class sourcing and wholesale experience. However, if you really wish to cancel the order, you may do so anytime before it is dispatched. Once you have raised a cancellation of your order, our systems will take maximum of 1-2 business days to complete the request. You will receive a notification by email and your entire order amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

It is our service where customers can source items via request depending on their needs and budget. We normally ask for these details (including the photo) on our form.

 

How it works:

1. Simply answer some questions on what you are looking for by filling up our form. The form will only take you a few minutes!

2. You will then receive updates on the items and your price quote in 1-2 weeks. 

 

You may upload a maximum of 10 items into our form at any given time.

Customers will only be allowed to submit ONE sourcing request (limit of 10 items) once a week.

If you have already purchased from our store after sourcing , you may request another 10 items again.

We can source a diversity of unbranded items such as fashion, baby items, kitchenware, home decor and so much more! We currently do not source perishable items such as food and beverages and big ticket items such as furniture.

Some restrictions may also apply, so please see the next question for more information.

Yes! We can source products outside of our current categories. We do have a restriction on some categories such as food and beverage, candle wax, electronics, all forms of liquids and banned categories. We're also unable to source heavy items (e.g., furniture, couches) at the current moment.

 

The list of banned categories are as follows:

  • Counterfeit products
  • Firearms / firearm ammunition
  • Weapons (e.g., knives, explosives, etc.)
  • Products containing alcohol
  • Products containing drugs - prescription/legal/illegal
  • Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, flammable, etc.
  • Dietary supplements
  • Animals
  • Animal products (e.g. fur) with the exception of leather
  • Pornography/offensive materials
  • Digital goods
  • Currency, coins, etc.
  • Fine art
  • Gambling items
  • Perishable foods, including meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, dairy products
  • Food in general
  • Used goods
  • Medical devices/accessories
  • Theft devices
  • Pesticides
  • Brands/branded items

You will receive an email between 1-2 weeks with your sourced products. Please do note this timing might change based on the number of requests we have received.

We can most definitely find a product that satisfies you! Do make sure to send us specific specifications (pictures are encouraged) to make sure we find the best products based on your needs.

The Loyalty Program refers to a system that Sourcy has created to reward our loyal customers. As long as the individual has an account with Sourcy, they will be able to access their rewards page. These points can be exchanged to gifts such as vouchers and discounts that will allow our community to maximize their savings!

As long as you have an account with Sourcy, you are part of the Loyalty Program and can gain points and referral rewards.

After accumulating a certain amount of points, users are able to exchange them for rewards such as percentage discounts and vouchers for free shipping. The ways to earn points include following us on Instagram and Facebook, signing up for a Sourcy account, your birthday and placing an order (See 1.). 

The perks you can redeem can be found in (2.). Some of the rewards include a 10%, 20% off voucher, Free Shipping coupon and order discount of US$1 for every 100 points. 

To make it accessible for our customers, we have embedded a pop up button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen (See squared icon in 1.). Simply click it to open up your loyalty screen and key in your email in the box (as seen in 2.) to receive an email to log in and view your rewards. Alternatively, you can just log in to your Sourcy account and click on the icon squared in (1.).

Our way of giving back to customers that refer their retailer friends to purchase on our platform. You spread the word, we give you discount vouchers!

To start referring friends, you would either have to be signed in to your Sourcy account or input your email and accept a login via your email (See 2.). The access portal can be found at the bottom right hand corner button (see 1.).

Once you are done with that, referrals can be done via email, Facebook or link sharing on desktop/laptops. Simply choose which one you prefer. For Facebook and email, an automated message will be created for you to send it to your friends. It's that simple!

On mobile, to expand the referral menu, click on the arrow as shown in (3.). Otherwise, click on the 'Share' button as shown in (3.) or (4.) and you'll be able to choose what platform you would like to use to share the link to your friends.

Once your friend has clicked on the link, they would have to input their email (as shown in 1. below) in which they would receive a Free Shipping coupon. They would then be led to the homepage where they could click the icon (as highlighted in 2. below) to open the referral program again or continue shopping. After your friend has checked out, a 20% (min spend US$50) voucher will be sent to your account

To thank you for inviting your friends to shop on Sourcy, we have launched a referral program offering attractive rewards.

For every referral, you will get a 20% off coupon and your friend will get a free shipping coupon. Your 20% off coupon will be sent to your email the moment your friend makes an order.

There’s no limit to how many friends you refer! You can send out our referral links as much as you want, and you’ll get the 20% off voucher once they purchase. The 20% off voucher requires a minimum purchase of US$50 though!

There is no upper cap on the number of friends you can invite. So feel free to invite all your friends and earn together! 1 friend who makes a purchase = 1 20% off voucher (min spend US$50) that you would receive.
